Aaron is in the Ojibwe immersion program and I attend class for parents once a week. That has been the greatest value for us. My father was a native speaker until he went to boarding school. After that, he could understand, but he was afraid to speak. Now he is re-learning Ojibwe through this program. That is something we will have for the rest of our lives. -Rachael with her son Aaron |
